What if my order arrives damaged/something is missing/received wrong item?
Call 410.576.0444 immediately and let us know. We will rectify the issue immediately.

Can you ship wine to my state?
Due to Maryland state law, we cannot ship wine to any state. We can only deliver within Baltimore City limits. All wine orders that do not meet delivery requirements will be available to pick up from our downtown location, 604 South Exeter Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. Can I place a delivery to send to a different address or be picked up by another recipient?
Yes! As long as the address falls within the city limits and meets our delivery requirements. Please provide contact information for the recipient so we can be sure someone is home to receive it. If not, re-delivery will be subject to a $20 fee.

Anyone over 21 with valid identification can pick up your order. If possible, please let us know in the order notes who to expect to make pick up as smooth as possible.

What if my delivery doesn’t arrive within 2 hours?
We promise to do our best to navigate Baltimore’s ever changing and growing downtown landscape, but if for some reason our delivery is not going to make the delivery window, we will notify you immediately. We appreciate your business and hope this never becomes an issue, but with near constant construction across the city, delays are always possible.  

Does my delivery require a signature?
Yes. A signature from an adult, 21 years of age or older is required for all deliveries. Consider making your delivery a business address or any address where someone will be present during the day. If you want to change your delivery address, email us at weborders@bin604.com.
